چکیده

یکی از اصول تربیت اسلامی را اصل عدالت یا مساوات بیان کرده‌اند. به این معنا که مربی یا والدین باید بین متربیان و یا فرزندان به عدالت یا مساوات رفتار کنند تا بتوانند بهتر و سریعتر به اهداف تربیتی خود دست یابند. عدالت به دو معنا به کار رفته است: حق به حق دار دادن و مساوات.
سؤال این است که اگر عدالت از اصول تربیتی است عدالت به معنای قسط مراد است یا عدالت به معنای مساوات؛ به عبارت دیگر آیا اصل عدالت از اصول تربیتی است یا اصل مساوات؟ اگر اصل عدالت از اصول تربیتی است، این اصل عام است یا در مورد فرزندان اصل دیگری به نام اصل مساوات مطرح است؟ پژوهش پیش‌رو این مسئله را به روش تحلیل و تفسیر آیات و روایات بررسی کرده و به این نتیجه رسیده است که اصل عدالت از اصول تربیتی عام است، اما در مورد فرزندان این اصل گرچه اصل اولی است ولی لزوما جاری نمی‌شود، برای پرهیز از عوارض ناشی از آن اصل مساوات به جای آن جاری می‌شود.

One of the principles of Islam have stated the principle of justice or equality. This means that the coach or parents or children to justice should Mtrbyan or equal to behave better and faster to achieve their educational goals. Justice is used in two senses: the right to equality and the right.
The question is if justice is justice principles is intended to mean justice or fairness means equality; in other words, is the principle of justice is the principle of the equality principles? If the principle of justice principles, the principle of general or about children is another principle called the principle of equality? it flows from the principle of equality instead.
