چکیده

این پژوهش با هدف بررسی مبانی تربیت مبتنی بر تفاوت‌های جنسیّتی از دیدگاه علمی و دینی انجام شده است. با روش توصیفی-تحلیلی و استفاده از منابع معتبر، یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد که تفاوت‌های زیستی، روانی، عاطفی و اجتماعی بین زن و مرد، واقعیتی مسلّم و برخاسته از حکمت الهی است. از نظر علمی، تفاوت در ساختار مغز، هورمون‌ها و توانایی‌های شناختی، و از منظر دینی، تمایز در نقش‌ها و مسئولیّت‌ها، این امر را تأیید می‌کند.
توجّه به این تفاوت‌ها نه تنها یک ضرورت تربیتی، بلکه تکلیفی الهی است. نادیده گرفتن آنها منجر به بحران هویّت جنسی و ناکارآمدی نظام تربیتی می‌شود. بنابراین، برنامه‌ریزی تربیتی باید متناسب با ویژگی‌های ذاتی هر جنس طراحی شود تا زمینه پرورش انسان متعادل فراهم گردد.
این پژوهش با ترکیب یافته‌های علمی و آموزه‌های دینی، چارچوبی منسجم برای تربیت جنسیّتی ارائه می‌دهد که از بحران‌هایی مانند فقدان هویت جنسیتی پیشگیری می‌کند. همچنین، با پرکردن خلأ موجود در ادبیات موضوع — که پیش از این مبانی علمی و دینی را جداگانه بررسی می‌کرد — درک عمیق‌تری از موضوع ارائه می‌دهد. تأکید بر تلفیق این مبانی، راهکارهای کاربردی برای نظام‌های تربیتی پیشنهاد می‌کند که توجّه همزمان به اشتراکات و تفاوت‌های زن و مرد را به عنوان اصل اساسی تربیت قرار می‌دهد و مبنایی برای طراحی برنامه‌های تربیتی متناسب با هر جنس ایجاد می‌کند.

Analysis of the Role of Gender Differences in the Domains of Education

چکیده [English]

Education is a multidimensional and complex process that can only be achieved when one is familiar with its nature and process. This article, with a glance at scientific foundations, has been written to address the fundamental question: What are the foundations of gender-based education from the perspective of the Quran and Islam? The findings of the research indicate that, from a biological perspective, men and women have fundamental differences, to the extent that every cell in a woman's body differs from that of a man, and they also exhibit differences in social and behavioral dimensions. The Quran, while acknowledging individual differences as mentioned in verses 13 of Al-Hujurat and 14 of Nuh, also emphasizes gender differences between men and women in physical, social, spiritual, and cognitive aspects, as evident in verse 36 of Al-Imran.
The current research, conducted with a descriptive-analytical and inferential approach, gathered data through documentary methods by referencing scientific and religious literature. It reveals that the Quran bases its educational directives on these differences, emphasizing their importance in education.
And in order to adapt educational methods to the inherent characteristics of individuals and their different roles in society and the family, avoid incorrect gender stereotypes, emphasize justice, and harmonize with religious teachings, parents and educators must pay sufficient attention to individual and gender differences in the stages of goal setting and selection of educational content, strategies, and methods.
