چکیده

نظام تعلیم و تربیت به عنوان رکن حیاتی جامعه در مسیر رشد و تعالی خود به سمت اهداف تعیین شده است. یکی از عناصر نظام آموزش و پرورش، معلم است که دارای اثرگذاری خاص و نقش کلیدی در این نظام است. نظر به اهمیت نقش معلمین در نظام آموزشی و تاثیرات آنها بر افراد جامعه شناسایی ملاکهای ارزیابی معلمین ضروری می نماید. هدف اصلی این تحقیق بررسی بایسته‌های ارزیابی معلم از منظر فقه اسلامی می باشد و پرسش اصلی این است که از نظر فقه چه ملاکهایی در ارزیابی معلمین باید مورد توجه قرار گیرد و این پژوهش از حیث رویکرد فقهی به شاخصهای ارزیابی معلمین دارای نوآوری است. روشی که تحقیق حاضر از آن بهره می‌برد، روش تحلیلی- اجتهادی می‌باشد. نتایج تحقیق حاکی از آن است شاخصهای ارزیابی معلمین در سه بعد عقیدتی، اخلاقی و رفتاری قابل ارائه است. در بعد عقیدتی شاخص مهم ارزیابی معلم از منظر فقه اسلامی سلامت عقیده بوده و این ویژگی در مورد معلمین معارف اسلامی و مربیان پرورشی موکد است. همچنین از دیگر معیارهای ارزیابی معلمین (از حیث اخلاقی) می توان به سلامت اخلاقی و عدم فساد و نیز تواضع، اشاره نمود. شاخصهای ارزیابی رفتاری معلمین از منظر فقه شامل رعایت عدالت بین دانش آموزان و عدم کتمان علم می باشد.

چکیده [English]

The education system has been determined as a vital pillar of the society in the path of its growth and excellence towards its goals. One of the elements of the education system is the teacher, who has a special effect and a key role in this system. Considering the importance of the role of teachers in the educational system and their effects on the society, it is necessary to identify the criteria for evaluating teachers.
The main goal of this research is to examine the teacher evaluation requirements from the perspective of Islamic jurisprudence, and the main question is what criteria should be taken into account in the selection of teachers from the point of view of jurisprudence. The method used in the present research is analytical-ijtihad method. The results of the research indicate that, from the perspective of Islamic jurisprudence, a teacher must have the characteristics of sound belief, and this characteristic is important for Islamic education teachers and educational coaches.. Also, from the moral point of view, self-health and non-corruption, as well as humility, are necessary for teachers. In terms of behavior, observing justice between students and not hiding knowledge is one of the other duties of a teacher from the point of view of jurisprudence. It is worth mentioning that the fulfillment of some evaluation criteria as a necessary condition for holding the position of education is a continuous matter and some criteria have different levels of importance compared to each other.
