چکیده

امربه‌معروف و نهی از منکر به‌عنوان یکی از اصول مهم اسلامی، نقش بنیادینی در هدایت جامعه به سوی ارزش‌های الهی و جلوگیری از انحرافات دارد. این دو اصل، نه تنها به‌عنوان وظیفه‌ای فردی، بلکه به‌عنوان یک مسئولیت اجتماعی، مطرح شده‌اند و در بسیاری از منابع دینی و اخلاقی از اهمیت والای آن‌ها سخن گفته شده است. فقهای مشهور مراتب امربه‌معروف و نهی از منکر را به سه مرحله تقسیم می‌کنند: انکار قلبی، تذکر لسانی و اقدام عملی؛ اما با دقت و تأمل در متون دینی، می‌توان به این نتیجه رسید که این مراتب شامل چهار مرحله است و موعظه نیز یکی از این مراتب محسوب می‌شود.در این پژوهش با روش توصیفی – تحلیلی و اجتهادی به تحقیق در این زمینه پرداخته شده ودرنتایج به دست آمده از این پژوهش معلوم شد که پس از انکار قلبی، مرحله‌ای با عنوان «موعظه» قرار دارد که بر تذکر لسانی مقدم است بنابراین، موعظه نمودن، از واجباتی است که باید به‌صورت مستمر صورت پذیرد تا تذکر لسانی و اقدام عملی، مشروع گردد.

چکیده [English]

Enjoining good and forbidding evil as one of the important principles of Islam plays a fundamental role in guiding society towards divine values ​​and preventing deviations. These two principles have been raised not only as an individual duty, but also as a social responsibility, and many religious and moral sources have spoken of their great importance. Famous jurists divide the levels of enjoining evil and forbidding evil into three stages: heart denial, verbal warning and practical action; But with careful and reflection in religious texts, we can come to the conclusion that these levels include four stages and preaching is one of these levels. As a result of this research, it was found that after the denial of the heart, there is a stage called "Preaching" which precedes the linguistic reminder. Therefore, preaching is one of the duties that must be done continuously so that the linguistic reminder and practical action become legitimate. .
