The journal of Educational Jurisprudence Studies (EJS) is a peer-reviewed academic publication dedicated to fostering rigorous scholarly inquiry at the intersection of Islamic jurisprudence (fiqh) and the theory and practice of education. The journal emphasizes critical examinations of Shari’a rules governing educational content, pedagogical techniques, and student competencies, as well as the jurisprudential dimensions of various educational domains, including intellectual, physical, and belief-based formation. Furthermore, it provides a platform for scholarly discussions on the religious responsibilities of families, governments, and other societal institutions in shaping ethically grounded and jurisprudentially sound educational environments.
