The journal of Educational Jurisprudence Studies (EJS) is a peer-reviewed academic publication dedicated to fostering rigorous scholarly inquiry at the intersection of Islamic jurisprudence (fiqh) and the theory and practice of education. 2. According to the notification of the new regulations of the Ministry of Science, the biannual "Educational Jurisprudence Studies" is published with the "scientific" rating.

The journal of Educational Jurisprudence Studies (EJS) respects the rules of ethics in publications, obeys the CC publication license, as well as the rules of the Committee on Ethics in Publishing (COPE), and follows the executive regulations of the Law on Prevention and Combating Fraud in Scientific Works.
4. Sending the conflict of interest form and the authors' commitment form is mandatory.
5.In order to comply with the principles of trustworthiness and prevent plagiarism, the articles received before the arbitration are checked at http://www.samimnoor.ir and https://tik.irandoc.ac.ir and other comparison systems. And if it is a copy, it will be removed from the evaluation stage.
