Abstract
As the most important religious base of Muslims, the mosque is considered a valuable place for the spiritual growth of all sections of the society. However, a significant number of jurists, based on traditions, have given a fatwa against the presence of children in the mosque; But on the other hand, some other jurists have considered this disgust for children with special conditions. Some have also given preference or priority to bringing children to the mosque. Therefore, it should be seen whether the Shariah forbids the believers from bringing children to the mosque, or whether they consider their entry as the same as others? Since the lack of analysis and correct answers to such questions causes problems in raising children in the mosque, so that from time to time it is used as an excuse for the absence of children in the mosque, the author Studying the narrative sources and examining the views and arguments of the great jurists and the practical life of the Holy Prophets (peace be upon them) has explained the existing ambiguities with a descriptive analytical method and using library tools. From the evidences, it can be concluded that the meaning of the hadiths is only non-audit children who cannot be trusted in the mosque. In the historical reports related to this issue, there is no report or indication of the abhorrence of bringing children to the mosque. . Therefore, there is no commonality between this group of reports and Nahiyyah narrations, which are weak.
