Abstract
One of the important dimensions of belief education is the subject of methods, among which one of the significant methods is teaching correct beliefs and correcting them. In this context, the education of doctrinal doubts and responding to them is considered one of the instances of teaching, as it may lead some of the students to instability in their beliefs, and thus it is a subject of examination from the perspective of educational jurisprudence. The lack of comprehensive research on this issue and its prevalence highlights the necessity of addressing this study. This research answers the question: What is the ruling from a jurisprudential perspective on the education of doctrinal doubts and responding to them as a method? By examining this topic under two areas—prevention and treatment—it concludes that the education of doctrinal doubts along with responses to them serves as a prevention and treatment for doctrinal deviations, and is not only permissible but in some cases preferable and even obligatory. This research employs an analytical and ijtihad-based approach.
