Abstract

Considering the theories offered by Hujjat al-Islam Aʿrāfi in "educational jurisprudence", in this article, which has been written based on library resources using descriptive-analytical manner, his method in extracting and learning the principles and content of jurisprudence with an educational approach has been scrutinized. Findings of the research show that he emphasizes the principle of the interaction between education and jurisprudence and is of the opinion that every kind of approach and behavior has etiquette and rules. In order to study this issue, various areas of education and its content have been presented and then their mutual effects evaluated and finally prescribed as religious propositions by the "jurisprudence of education".
In this regard, the writer has first collected educational topics and then elaborated the required topics of jurisprudence with a view to physical and mental behaviors, and then examined and analyzed the relationship of the five rules with them. Besides that, he has determined and defined the terms of jurisprudential issues. In the next stage, the writer aims to determine the predicate and jurisprudential ruling by examining the background of the discussion and existing views. He seeks specific Qur'anic proofs, textual and rational evidences to find out what may be the educational rulings and opinions. He has based his principle on complying with Shari'a rules and not opposing them in the discipline of educational sciences.
