Abstract

In all fields of science, including pedagogical sciences, there are newly emerging topics such as teaching methods, about which Islam's opinion has not yet been accurately and completely expressed. Considering that every event and topic has a ruling from the point of view of Islamic jurisprudence, it is possible to obtain the ruling of teaching methods by referring to the sources and texts of the Islam. For this purpose, in this article, an attempt has been made to present a plan that will explain how to study the Islamic point of view on teaching methods.
In this article, three suggestions are proposed regarding the way in which the ruling regarding the methods can be inferred, and the strengths and weaknesses of each method may be clarified. Elsewhere in the article, the different types of evidence that the researcher may encounter in the research process are explained and examples are mentioned for each. The technical explanation of the jurisprudential criteria to identify the examples of titles in some evidences and to identify the ways of compliance of some other evidences is another topic dealt with in this article.
