Abstract

The prophetic tradition "The believers are bound by their conditions" is one of the jurisprudential-legal rules arising from the Holy Quran and the many divine emphases on commitment and fulfillment of the covenant. In addition to its role in jurisprudence and law, it has many consequences in individual and social education and that prominent models can be enumerated for it.
Using descriptive-analytical method, this article first writes about the concept of this rule and its references and explains the relationship between the sciences of jurisprudence and education.  Then, it goes on considering responsibility, pragmatism, loyalty and honesty, building trust and personal and social peace as the most important moral and educational consequences of this rule. He concludes that they are known as the most obvious objective manifestations and educational patterns from childhood to adulthood.
