Abstract

Being mindful of the capability and power of the trainee is a general rule in the nurturing process. Since the dimensions and areas of human existence can be changed and trained, paying attention to the principle of considering the power of the trainee, as an important and effective factor in educational areas, becomes more and more important. Today, one of the indicators of development is the high percentage of social literacy, which is usually achieved under the law of compulsory education. In the meantime, compulsory education and its ruling have found a special place in educational jurisprudence and the function of considering the trainee's power in this field has also been considered by scholars of educational sciences. Other applications of the principle of considering the trainee's power include the education of exceptional children, which changes the general rules and principles of education of this type of trainees. Perhaps one of the most important functions of the principle of considering the trainee's power in the education system is in the field of measuring and evaluating the performance of the trainees. Nowadays, assessment and evaluation in the education system and the criterion of educational growth and achievement of educators are often conducted based on numerical quantity and score, while the evaluation criterion is inefficient and the principle of considering the trainee's power offers a new standard.
