Abstract

Muslim scholars play an important role in drawing the path of guiding people in society; Common people get their knowledge and religion from scholars; A righteous scholar can put the society on the right path; As a corrupt world can cause social corruption;
Throughout history, scholars have been in the position of guiding and guiding the nation as the heirs of the prophets; Due to the lack of access to political power and sovereignty, they have sometimes drifted towards isolationism and Sufi tendencies and have misled people in the realm of social and political issues. The entry of religious scholars into the field of politics and society has been disputed, especially in the contemporary period, which has political and social consequences. Now the question is, from the point of view of the jurisprudence of the Ahl al-Bayt, peace be upon them, what is the mission of the religious scholars in guiding and educating the Ummah politically and socially?
This article explores the jurisprudential evidence to answer the research question using the conventional jurisprudential method to infer the verdict of the issue. In the present research, some jurisprudential rules such as the need to pay attention to the affairs of Muslims and to preserve the dignity of Islam in addition to the special rules related to scholars such as the necessity The publication of science and the sanctity of concealing the truth and the denial of heresy and the announcement of the truth are examined
