Abstract

This research aims to examine the foundations of education based on gender differences from scientific and religious perspectives. Using a descriptive-analytical method and credible sources, the findings indicate that biological, psychological, emotional, and social differences between men and women are undeniable realities arising from divine wisdom. Scientifically, differences in brain structure, hormones, and cognitive abilities, along with religious perspectives on distinct roles and responsibilities, support this notion.
Attention to these differences is not only an educational necessity but also a divine obligation. Ignoring them leads to a crisis of sexual identity and inefficiency in the educational system. Therefore, educational planning should be designed in accordance with the inherent characteristics of each gender to create a balanced human development environment.
This research provides a coherent framework for gender education by combining scientific findings and religious teachings, preventing crises such as the lack of sexual identity. Additionally, it fills the existing gap in the literature—previously examining scientific and religious foundations separately—offering a deeper understanding of the subject. Emphasizing the integration of these foundations suggests practical solutions for educational systems that prioritize simultaneous attention to the commonalities and differences between men and women as a fundamental principle of education, establishing a basis for designing educational programs tailored to each gender.
