Abstract
Enjoining good and forbidding evil are two fundamental rulings in Islamic jurisprudence aimed at correcting individual and social behaviors and guiding individuals towards religious and ethical values. This inherently has an educational aspect, as its goal is to guide and develop members of society in the path of morality and religiosity. Prominent jurists have divided the stages of enjoining good and forbidding evil into three: heartfelt denial, verbal admonition, and practical action. The main question in this research is whether, considering the teachings of educational jurisprudence, preaching can be regarded as a fourth stage of enjoining good. This study employs a descriptive-analytical and ijtihadi method to investigate this matter. The results indicate that after heartfelt denial, there exists a stage called "preaching," which precedes verbal admonition. Thus, preaching is an obligation that must be continuously performed to legitimize verbal admonition and practical action.
