Abstract

The Holy Quran, as a comprehensive source of revelation, presents methods of social education within a systematic framework aimed at nurturing human potential in the context of society and institutionalizing moral values. This research, aimed at discovering and identifying methods of social education based on the Holy Quran, employs a descriptive-analytical approach and qualitative content analysis of Quranic verses. It identifies and extracts three main categories of social education methods:

Guidance Methods (such as reasoning, wise admonitions, dialogue, and debate) that aid in the intellectual, moral, and spiritual growth of individuals, fostering informed choices and correcting erroneous social beliefs through enhanced insight and knowledge. 2. Behavioral Methods (including modeling through observation, emulating reference groups, and establishing effective communication) that emphasize constructive relationships and pragmatism, teaching concrete patterns of constructive interactions.3. Emotional Methods (such as compassion and empathy) that strengthen human bonds, steering society towards unity, justice, and the reduction of violence.

Based on the findings of this research, the Holy Quran provides an integrated model for social education that combines rationality, action, and emotion, paying attention to individual growth while reconstructing societal structures based on brotherhood, cooperation, and mutual respect. These methods not only address the challenges of Islamic societies but also serve as a viable solution globally for combating issues such as individualism, prejudices, and social disintegration in the present era.
