Abstract
In many rural schools and also in family interactions between young girls and non-mahram individuals, connections are established. Since the girls have not yet reached puberty, the necessary attention to the relevant jurisprudential rulings is often lacking. This article analyzes the verses and narrations regarding the ruling on embracing a non-mahram six-year-old girl, which has been addressed in the evidence. The following results were obtained: a) Regarding the non-mahram six-year-old girl, the apparent meaning of three narrations, one of which is authentic, indicates prohibition, and the evidence presented for lifting this prohibition is not reliable. b) There is no evidence of prohibition for those under six years old, and the implication of some narrations is permissibility. c) The involvement of a specific age in this ruling is such that once the child reaches this age, the ruling must be observed; however, even before that, if there is a potential harm, the ruling should still be adhered to..
