چکیده

هدف: تبیین رویکرد عدالت‌محوراسلامی در جامعه از اهمیت زیادی برخوردار است؛ زیرا تحقق این امر همواره از آرزوها و خواسته‌های اصلی انسان‌های دغدغه‌مند در طول تاریخ بوده و در بهبود همه ابعاد زندگی انسان تأثیرگذار است. ضرورت اجرای عدالت در جامعه بشری از آن جهت مضاعف می‌گردد که این امر از اهداف اصلی پیامبران الهی بوده است؛ پس ضروری است که شاخص‌ها و کارکردهای آن، در حوزه فردی و اجتماعی بررسی گردد. هدف از این پژوهش بررسی شاخص‌های رویکرد عدالت‌محور اسلامی در زندگی فردی و اجتماعی و کارکردهای آن در تربیت است.
روش پژوهش: این پژوهش با استفاده از روش توصیفی تحلیلی و استنتاج از منابع قرآنی و روایی به دنبال تبیین شاخصه‌های عدالت‌محور اسلامی است تا روشن شود مهمترین شاخص‌های عدالت‌محور و کارکردهای تربیتی آن با توجه به منابع اسلامی و فقهی چیست و چگونه تبیین می‌شود.
یافته‌ها: یافته‌های پژوهش نشان می‌دهد مهم‌ترین ویژگی‌های رویکرد عدالت،‌ مطلوب بودن یا هدفمندی، هدایت‌گری، قانون‌مداری وجامع‌نگریند؛ مطلوبیت به‌ این معناست که تحقق آن در جامعه و نظام تربیتی به‌عنوان هدف تلقی گردد و از لازمه هدف‌مندی، هدایت‌گری یا جهت‌دهندگی و قانون مداری یا محافظت است که با قانون عادلانه، جامعه به آسایش و رفاه هدایت می‌گردد. در عین‌حال عدالت از جامعیت برخوردار و در بخش‌های مختلف زندگی اجتماعی انسان، ساری و جاری است. عدالت در بسیاری از مسایل فقهی نیز مطرح گردیده و احراز عدالت در عبادات جمعی مانند امامان جمعه و جماعت و اجرای احکام عادلانه در جامعه ضروری است. بدین ترتیب جایگاه عدالت در فقه نیز با اهمیت بوده و در بخش‌های مختلف فقهی، نگاه عادلانه ضروری است؛ قضاوت قاضی بین متخاصمین، رفتار عادلانه در جامعه، خانواده و مسائل تربیتی و اجتماعی از مصادیق بارز مباحث فقهی است که مکلف باید رعایت نماید.
نتیجه‌گیری: کارکردهای تربیتی عدالت در دو بعد فردی و اجتماعی قابل تبیین است؛ شایستگی در امور فردی، پرورش نیروی متعهد، مسؤلیت‌پذیر و رفاه مردم در بعد اجتماعی از مهمترین کاربردهای تربیتی است. در سایه عدالت، انسان مسؤل، پاسخگو و متعهد در امور اجتماعی تربیت می‌شود و برایند آن آسایش جامعه است.

چکیده [English]

Objective: Explaining the Islamic justice-oriented approach in society is of great importance, because the realization of this ideal has always been one of the main aspirations and desires of concerned human beings throughout history, and it influences the improvement of all dimensions of human life. The necessity of implementing justice in human society is further emphasized by the fact that this has been one of the primary goals of the divine prophets. Therefore, it is essential to examine its indicators and functions at both the individual and societal levels. The purpose of this stady is to investigate the indicators of Islamic justice-based approach in personal and social life and itsfunction in education.
Method: Thus, using a descriptive-analytical method and drawing from Quranic and narrative sources, this research seeks to explain the characteristics of Islamic justice-orientation in order to clarify what the most important indicators of justice-orientation and its educational functions are, according to Islamic and jurisprudential sources, and how they are explained.
Results: The findings of this research indicate that the most important characteristics of the justice-oriented approach are: desirability, guidance, rule of law, and comprehensiveness. "Desirability" means that the realization of justice in society and the educational system should be regarded as a goal. From purposiveness derive guidance and rule of law; through just law, society is guided toward comfort and welfare. At the same time, justice is comprehensive and flows through various sectors of human social life. Justice is also addressed in many jurisprudential issues; establishing justice in collective worship—such as Friday prayer leaders—and implementing just rulings in society is essential. Thus, the position of justice in jurisprudence is significant, and a just perspective is necessary across different areas of jurisprudence.
Conclusion: The educational functions of justice can be explained in both individual and social dimensions. Competence in personal affairs, nurturing a committed and responsible force, and the welfare of the people in the social sphere are among the most important educational applications. In the shadow of justice, a responsible, accountable, and committed individual is raised in social affairs, and the outcome is societal comfort.
