چکیده

در فقه اسلامی، تحلیل و رفع تعارض روایات یکی از چالش‌های اصلی در فهم و استنباط احکام است که نیاز به بهره‌برداری از ابزارهای مناسب برای حل آن دارد. یکی از این ابزارها، استفاده از اهداف تربیتی شریعت است که می‌تواند به‌عنوان ملاکی معتبر برای رفع تعارضات و تبیین روایات فقهی عمل کند. باتوجه‌به اهمیت اهداف شریعت در تفسیر و تحلیل نصوص، بازنگری در نحوه بهره‌گیری از این اهداف به‌ویژه در زمینه اهداف تربیتی، ضرورتی انکارناپذیر دارد.

این مقاله با روش توصیفی – تحلیلی بر آن است که به تبیین نقش اهداف تربیتی شریعت در تحلیل و رفع تعارض روایات بپردازد. نتایج تحقیق نشان می‌دهد که توجه به اهداف کلان تربیتی شریعت می‌تواند به‌عنوان معیاری برای سنجش روایات، کشف هماهنگی درونی آنها و کنارگذاشتن روایات ناسازگار با اصول تربیتی، فهم و تفسیر نصوص، تضییق و یا توسعه ادله به کار گرفته شوند و در نهایت در صورت‌پذیرش تعدی از مرجحات منصوصه، شناخت اهداف تربیتی شارع و اولویت‌بندی آن می‌تواند به‌عنوان یکی از مرجحات در جهت حل تعارض روایات باشد.

چکیده [English]

In Islamic jurisprudence, analyzing and resolving the conflict of narrations is one of the main challenges in understanding and deducing rulings, which requires the use of appropriate tools to solve it. One of these tools is the use of the educational goals of the Sharia, which can act as a valid criterion for resolving conflicts and explaining jurisprudential narrations. Given the importance of the goals of the Sharia in the interpretation and analysis of texts, there is an undeniable need to review the way in which these goals are utilized, especially in the context of educational goals.

This article, using a descriptive-analytical method, aims to explain the role of the educational goals of the Sharia in analyzing and resolving the conflict of narrations. The results of the research show that paying attention to the major educational goals of Sharia can be used as a criterion for evaluating narrations, discovering their internal harmony, and discarding narrations that are incompatible with educational principles, understanding and interpreting texts, narrowing or expanding evidence, and finally, in the event of a violation of the prescribed preferences, recognizing the educational goals of the legislator and prioritizing them can be used as one of the preferences for resolving the conflict of narrations.
