چکیده

یکی از عناصر مهم نظام اجتماعی بشر، اقتصاد است چراکه زمینه لازم برای تأمین معاش را فراهم می‌آورد و هرگونه ناآگاهی در امر اقتصاد، نظام زندگی اجتماعی را مختل می‌سازد؛ ازاین‌رو کسب دانش و مهارت‌های اقتصادی و به عبارتی، تربیت‌یافتگی اقتصادی به‌عنوان یکی از ساحت‌های مهم تربیت، برای افراد جامعه ضروری است. یکی از مهم‌ترین عوامل تربیت، حکومت اسلامی است که به دلیل استطاعت، نفوذ و اقتدار نسبت به سایر عوامل تربیت، نقش مؤثر و بی‌بدیلی در تربیت اقتصادی جامعه بر عهده دارد. ازاین‌رو سؤال اصلی نوشتار حاضر این است؛ ادله وظیفه‌مندی حکومت در تربیت اقتصادی از دیدگاه فقه تربیتی چیست؟ نوشتار حاضر با روش اجتهادی تلاش دارد به این پرسش پاسخ دهد. اهم نتایج پژوهشی مقاله پیش رو عبارت است از وجوب تربیت اقتصادی از باب قاعده وجوب حفظ نظام و وجوب تأمین عدالت اجتماعی؛ وجوب بهره‌گیری از بهترین روش‌ها از سوی حکومت برای احقاق حق تربیت یافتگی اقتصادی مردم؛ هم‌چنین اثبات این وجوب از طریق حرمت تسلط اقتصادی دشمن بر مقدرات و سرنوشت مسلمین؛ حکومت در عمل موظف به اقدامات متعددی است ازجمله می‌توان به بسط مهارت اقتصادی، مدیریت منابع و صیانت از سرمایه و منابع تولید به‌عنوان مهم‌ترین آن‌ها اشاره نمود.

Abstract

One of the important elements of the human social system is the economy because it provides the necessary basis for livelihood and any ignorance in the matter of economy disrupts the social life system; therefore, acquiring economic knowledge and skills, in other words, economic education as one of the important areas of education, is essential for individuals in society. One of the most important factors of education is the Islamic government, which, due to its affordability, influence, and authority over other educational factors, plays an effective and irreplaceable role in the economic education of society. Therefore, the main question of the present article is; What are the reasons for the government's duty in economic education from the perspective of educational jurisprudence? The present article attempts to answer this question using the ijtihad method. The most important research results of the present article are the necessity of economic education in terms of the rule of the necessity of maintaining the system and the necessity of ensuring social justice; the necessity of using the best methods by the government to realize the right of people to be economically educated; as well as proving this necessity through the sanctity of the enemy's economic dominance over the destinies and fates of Muslims; The government is in practice obliged to take several measures, including the development of economic skills, resource management, and the protection of capital and production resources, as the most important of them.
