Abstract

One of the principles of Islamic education is the principle of justice or equality. This means that the educator or parents must treat justice or equality between educators or children in order to achieve their educational goals better and faster. Justice is used in two senses: installment and the right to give to the entitled and equality. The question is: if justice is one of the principles of education, justice means installment or justice means equality; That is, is the principle of justice one of the principles of education or the principle of equality? And if the principle of justice is one of the principles of education, is this a general principle, or is there another principle in children called the principle of equality?

This study examines this issue by analyzing and interpreting verses and hadiths and the results of this study show that the principle of justice is a general educational principle, but in the case of children, this principle, although the first principle, does not necessarily apply and to avoid its consequences. , It is omitted and flows instead of the principle of equality.
