Abstract
One of the contents that is taught in the field of educational jurisprudence is "learning hadith". The study of hadith can be followed in jurisprudential, historical and educational sources, but it is not possible to reach the Shari'a rules on the study of hadith. A set of issues such as reading, comprehension, retrieval, publication, translation and research on the subject of "learning hadith" can be raised, but in this article only the jurisprudential ruling of learning hadith based on citation and analytical methods with emphasis on inferential and jurisprudential methods has been studied. Is. The definite value of the implications of the evidence is the spiritual acceptance of learning the hadith, which, of course, is doubtful and hierarchical, and is due to the pronouns of different secondary titles.
