Abstract

Many hours of a person's life are spent in social environments. This issue causes a significant educational impact on people. Due to this effect, the modification of this environment and the jurisprudential examination of the obligation regarding this modification are important issues of educational jurisprudence. Therefore, the problem of this article is, what are the Shariah evidences for reforming the social environment and what are the rulings derived from them? The purpose of this article is to conduct jurisprudential research on the issues needed by society and to help create jurisprudential support for corrective actions in the social environment
This research has extracted and analyzed evidence with a qualitative method. Its most important results are that: based on the jurisprudential rules of priority, contribution good works, and Tasbib, all the obligee of the society, the government and the scholars are responsible for the reform of the social environment. This task is kefaiey(sufficient), Tavasuli, non-temporary, methodical and discretionary in choosing corrective methods. This amendment is obligatory in cases where the Shariah is interested in doing it, and in other cases it is strongly recommended; Unless in special cases, secondary titles make it preferable, which is separate from the discussion.
